WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

 As a Control Tower Technic Officer you are responsible for monitoring mechanical and technical problems and providing assistance, as a basic activity.

• You will find solutions in front of the computer for the mechanical / technical problems that appear on trucks/trailers when they are on the road in Europe and to take action in case of problems;
• To follow the procedure applicable in technical problems (at the frigo/security installations etc), determine their origin and provide support and assistance according the protocol;
• To make an evaluation of the problem and find a quick solution;
• To make different reports regarding the activity;
• Registration of different documents in own database;
• Administration of own garage from Oradea
• Reporting directly to the Team Leader;

WHAT YOU ARE OFFERING

 Being in the first line of contact for our drivers and carriers in our day-to-day operations, you need to demonstrate a practical approach, in which accuracy and customer orientation play a key role. Even on busy days, you manage to communicate with drivers with the necessary maturity, independence and professionalism. Because you have contact with drivers and customers in the country and abroad, you can easily address them in romanian, german and also hungarian, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of PC usage (and Microsoft Office) will help you in this regard. Your skills to quickly and efficiently solve everyday challenges will make you easily adapt to different situations.
