Key Responsibilities

    • Prepares various financial reports requested by the company management
    • Coordinates the verification of the Transitions & NPI projects
    • Performs on time and correctly the analysis of the monthly / annual variations of the various projects and after validation integrates them into the centralizing reports
    • Produces or validates, as the case may be, balance sheet reconciliation reports
    • Is involved in the monthly reporting process and is responsible for reconciling and correcting the reported data
    • Is actively involved in the periodic and annual budgeting and in analyzing the variations “current vs. short term forecast vs. annual budget ”
    • Performs general checks on financial reporting data
    • Approves the company's rules and ensures their compliance and signals non-conformities in the area for which it is responsible
    • Participates and prepares the organization of internal, external audits and financial controls
    • Creating new part numbers in SAP
    • BOM setting, validation and revision
    • Performing product cost calculations
    • Checking price differences on materials, correspondence with Buyers regarding them and resolving them
    • Support in the preparation of the annual budget
    • Budgeting, and current versus plan analyzes
    • Development of financial reports needed for Local Business for ongoing projects
    • Involvement and coordination with the departments within the organization for quarterly planning
    • Coordination and involvement in the periodic activity of reviewing current vs. planned costs
    • Preparation of regular analysis of variations for current and planned revenues and expenses required by Business
    • Running the financial results scenarios for the revenues and expenses of the organization and the financial indicators
    • Active participation in the validation and follow-up of the productivity projects of the Organization
    • Active participation in the preparation and validation of the standard cost of the company and of the sale prices
    • Periodic upload in the HLS reporting systems of all required periodic reports
    • Support for the organization for preparing the Investments
    • Involvement in updating the financial procedures of the Organization
    • Ensures the maintenance and organization of financial data in SAP

You must have

  • Experience in operational field
  • Experience in Lean manufacturing and/or automotive industry
  • Significant experience in a similar position
  • Experience with Transfers & NPI projects
  • Experience in working in a production environment
  • Financial reports knowledge
  • Microsoft Office suite 
  • SAP expert
  • English proficiency
