· Proven experience as cost controller for a minimum of 5 years.
· Very good verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and English language.
· Good knowledge of MS Office.

- Pricig : Pricing thе bid with multi linе BoQ descriptions
- Job modеlling : Liаise with budget owners and re-modelling of the tender information to reflect that has risen since the tender was submitted . Updating budget and forecast with reference to the latest drawings, BIM quantities, additional works, fluctuated rates etc.
-Monthly valuations : Liaise with budget owners, producing of the monthly applications for payment by entering either a cumulative progress quantity or a percentage complete against changed bill items
-Allowable and cost re-conciliation : Collecting bill items under project reporting codes - compatible with the accounting system - to produce summaries based on these codes either singly or in combination. Coordination with budget owners and accountants for the works certified till the reporting period and compare each certification with the corresponding earned value.
- Reporting : Producing presentation-quality reports for external use and a wide range of standard reports provide detailed analyses for internal use.
· Analysis of earned value vs actual cots and forecast cost at completion vs revised budget comparisons.
· Coordinate and work with budget owners to ensure factual and effective reports on earned value and forecast cost of the project.
· Review monthly Cost Report and give feedback to budget owners to take necessary action to control the cost
· Monitor, identify and analyze the project costs with a view of facilitating the completion of the
project at minimum cost and within budget limits.
· Monitor and analyze the progress of the construction activities, identify any major variances between planned and actual progress and report of their impact on the overall program
· Good with excel spreadsheets – Advance level
