What will your job be about
- Co-ordinate project in co-operation with Project Manager with regards to achievement of he business plan;
- Improve Sales costing performance by establishing, implementing and monitoring procedures and processes for Sales Costing for the different customers;
- Develop Internal / External Sales pricing reporting strategy for different OEM's, Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers
- Set-up database for internal sales prices for both tooling and components and translate this into different specific customer documents for external usage
- Ensure efficient internal costing by maintaining communication, evaluate general needs of tools
- Cost calculation of molding, stamping-die, and assembly equipment, molding and stamping parts and engineering changes
- Acts as team member in the preparation of the purchasing activities, delivers potential updates on each project status
- Continuously strives for Cost Reduction-opportunities
- Prepare the Profit & loss business case
- Manage all Sales price issues (. Cost Breakdown analysis) as interface between ComBU & customer
- Controlling, Tracking and Reporting of the commercial project status during the lifetime of the project
- Identify potential roadblocks/risk and take initiative to resolve the problems before they occur
- Participate to all ComBU project meetings and co-ordinate all related project tasks
- Report according Yazaki Project Management System the required deliverables to the project team
What We Are Looking For
- Economics / Technical University Degree
- Background in Cost Accounting
- Electrical and mechanical as well as molding and/or stamping background
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
- MS Excel very good skills
- 4-6 years experience in operations, technical management and exposure to marketing and on product management
- Ability to manage large data sets with a high degree of accuracy
- Flexibility, team player
