Country EDI Subject Matter Expert

Position Summary

We are looking for a Country EDI SME that will comply EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) process with Customers, Suppliers and Logistics providers.

To us nothing is impossible, you will have autonomy to explore your curiosity, having fun and celebrating success along the way.

You’ll be the part of our Logistics community and will report to the Plant MPC Manager.

Your Role

•     Support EDI on ERP systems (SAP 4,6 , SAP 3,1)

•     Perform tests of new EDI developments

•     Review of EDI IT development documentation and advice EDI BPO

•     Clarify necessary IT program changes business needed with IT

•     Coordinate Customer/Supplier EDI certification and Customer EDI changes

•     Prepare IT requests and coordinate execution

•     Support plants on critical EDI issue resolution

•     Monitor EDI usage and analyze performance, escalate if needed

Your Background

•     Bachelor’s Degree

•     Fluency in English (both written and spoken) & good interpersonal skills

•     Excellent PC knowledge (MS Office)

•     SAP experience would be an advantage

•     Previous experience in working with large teams is a plus

•     Analytical and synthetically thinking, Attention to details and Problem solving abilities

•    Solution and people oriented, Dynamic and Resourceful
