You are: 

• Accountable for all operations within the country. This involves overseeing and taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.
• Aligning country specifics to the Group vision strategy and giving the high level directions to the local departments accordingly 
• Supervising all program implementation and monitor all program activities
• Executing, reviewing and approving monthly, quarterly and  annual budgets  
• Responsible of driving innovation in all country functions, being in contact and permanently updated with the latest progress in Operations, Sales, Finance 
• Liaising and collaborate with all Global departments: Marketing, HR and IT 
• Identifying new growth opportunities (including where to play and how to win), on the local market, targeting geographic expansion, and moving into category adjacencies or cross-category innovation opportunities 
• Client facing: daily contact with clients is a big part of a Country Manager job 
• Inspiring, motivate and coach the Team for people management and Leadership skills standards according to Group vision and core values 
• Participating to recruitment and staff training 

Minimum Requirements: 

• 5 years extensive experience in corporate strategy in the industry or similar industries
• Fluent in English - Proficient Level 
• Prior general management and P&L responsibility, preferably in a multi-national company in the industry
• General management skills – manage the end-to-end country operations
• Strategic aptitude – understand relevant market trends and define flexible and efficient long term vision and objectives 
• Change Management – agile and fast adaptation to Group vision according to local needs, fast decision maker 
• Commercial savviness – demonstrate success at managing a P&L against pre-determined KPIs 
• Client Relationships – pleasant presence, effective communication and negotiation, exhibit influence and interpersonal skills 
• Excellent Networking Skills 
• Leadership – demonstrate people management, conflict management, change management and business partnering skills
