Country manager Romania

We are looking for country manager for newly established pharma distribution business focused on orthopaedics 

Goal: Our goal is to build a leading distributor of orthopaedic products in Romania (HA and complementary products) and to expand to wider healthcare product portfolio. We have nation-wide exclusivity for multiple world class products, which are market leading in other EU countries and are produced by renown global players.

Candidate: Self-standing entrepreneurial manager with industry experience, able to build and develop the business from scratch to market leading player.

Compensation: Complex remuneration package combining fixed salary, short term bonuses, company profit sharing and other benefits relevant to the position.

Qualifications:

• University graduate, preferably in connected field (biotech/healthcare/medicine management)
• Fluency in English; German/Czech language an advantage
• Ability to work in international environment
• Relevant business experience and proven track record
• Network and connections on Romanian pharma/orthopaedics market
• Drive and result orientation
• Ability to self-prioritize and manage own time effectively to achieve business objectives
• People focused, strong in HR agenda, skilful negotiator
