· At least 5 years of experience in Sales
· Min. 3 years of experience in management positions
· Strong understanding of shopper/consumer behaviour
· Very good understanding of the FMCG Market
· Familiar with different types of distribution models (experience in working with multiple distributors would be a plus)
· Knowledge of craft products/markets is desired

· Commercial and business understanding- high level
· Good financial & logistics understanding- medium level
· Planning and organizing – high level
· Problem solving & Strategic thinking
· Clean driving licence
· English both written and spoken is essential given the international context
