What you will do:

1) Controlling the credit and managing collection activities;
2) Responsible in monitoring customer accounts;
3) Managing and processing customer claims related to collection for B2B, B2G & eMobility business line;
4) Being a main contact for internal & external teams for issues related to collection of B2C business line ;
5) Supervising O2C activities for all business lines;
6) Play key role in different testing and monitor the implementation for different projects which involve O2C stream;
7) Provide reports related to credit & collection for Enel X for both local & global activities: operational cash flow, risk reports, KPI's. 

What we are looking for:

• University degree in Economics is preferred;
• At least 2 years in Credit Control activities or similar; 
• Proficient user of Excel, Power point;
• SAP FI/CO, Sales Force is a plus;
• Analytical, Planning & organizational skills, time management, resilient, project management, team player, detail oriented.
