The CRM Administrator is responsible for the overall administration and support for the CRM system (Salesforce).
The person in this role will be an advocate for the CRM within the organization and will help to appropriately expand its use.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide CRM System users with basic technical support
- Daily administration and support of Salesforce database including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, accounts, opportunities, contacts etc.
- Provide new and existing users with training and support in data entry and basic management of Salesforce data
- Attend regular meetings with support staff and various team members to review upcoming issues, items, and training.
- Maintain and disseminate documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for user
Your profile:
- Excellent business analysis and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative, strong sense of ownership and autonomy
- Strong spreadsheet skills
- Proven customer service orientation combined with the ability to work well with others
- Previous experience in an end-user technical support role - to be considered a plus
- Advanced English skills (French or German skills will be considered a plus)
