CRM Campaign Specialist

The CRM Campaign Specialist is responsible for end to end operational scheduling and deployment of campaigns. Monitoring, analysing & reporting to ensure successful daily execution of campaigns is also part of the daily tasks.

This position will work closely with several cross-functional teams, including Marketing retention, Dev team, QA team and reports to the Marketing Operations Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Back office campaign set-up
• Creating segments based on criteria requested by CRM retention team
• Working with different back offices of 3rd party providers
• Schedule email campaigns via Optimove
• QA all campaigns prepared
• Monitor all campaigns to be executed on time and without issues
• Debug errors found within our systems and work with dev team to find a solution
• Thorough understanding of all CRM systems and how they interact with each other
• Act as a point of contact for campaign related escalations including routing the case to the right people
• Propose improvements to the existing systems in order to optimize flows and processes
• Recommending process improvements, innovation flows, segmentation & campaign optimization

Skills & Competencies:

• Previous experience with BO tools such as promo, segmentation tools and campaign set up
• Previous experience with Optimove or any other segmentation/email system is a plus
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Sharp attention to detail
• Flexibility to accommodate emerging responsibilities and last-minute changes, but ability to push back when necessary
• An ability to deliver results whether working independently or as part of a team
• An ability to keep yourself on schedule with little to no supervision
• An ability to own and manage the execution of campaigns from front to back, including taking initiative to troubleshoot errors, and assess and initiate improvements to the execution process.
