The CRM, Customer Data & Loyalty Programs Manager ensures quality & availability of targeted customer data and their translation into business insights and actionable customer plans. The job owner leads the design and implementation of differentiated Loyalty Programs for customers (Farmers), in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing and other key functions.

DO SOMETHING THAT MOVES YOU

// Ensure Customer database (Sales Force) functionality; ensure data quantity and quality for targeted customers (Farmers)

// Customers analytic; Customer insights generation

// Develop relevant dashboards, responsible for customer data strategy including loyalty programs

// Provide customer analytics to Sales and Marketing teams (customer and segments profiling)

// Maintain close collaboration with IT and regional organization in what regards Sales Force platform functionality & features

// Contribute to enhancing the CRM platform by staying connected with the region IT manager and assures that the CRM developments are done in line with the regional strategy defined by the EMEA CRM manager based in BASEL

// Working close to Head of Sales/ Sales Operational Excellence and Marketing operations

// Responsible for training the teams (and keeping them up to date) in terms of using the CRM platform (SFDC) for both online and offline versions of CRM platform

// Tracks the data entry/ quality/ quantity by Sales employees and triggers the right conversations with Head of Sales/ DSM when gaps are identified

// Having a University degree in Agronomy or similar

// Solid knowledge of agricultural systems and farm agronomy in Romania and Moldavian Republic

// Strong acumen in marketing fields

// Able to utilize complex data points to understand market trends and anticipate future requirements

// Able to develop differentiating strategies based on compelling and novel solutions for customer needs

// Able to develop and apply meaningful customer segments based on deep understanding of customer insights

// Able to act effectively in complex and fast developing environment

// Proactive, focused on results

// Team player with strong communication and negotiation skills and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and

projects

// Quick learner

// Fluent in English (spoken and written)

// Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
