The CRM Manager will lead the development & implementation of our CRM capabilities to support the business and brand activations, and to manage and enhance the existing digital ecosystem. The role transcends systems and data understanding thus drive and passion for people leadership and business development is key.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop the CRM strategic approach, implement and manage the digital ecosystem and its satellite touchpoints (. applications) supporting the business;
- Manage and transform existing digital ecosystem;
- Project management with external and internal stakeholders of all new deployments and enhancements;
- Team leadership and management (2-4 direct reports);
- Drive the implementation and development of the CRM platform structure and architecture, ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key data points in the customer life cycle;
- Build automation capabilities, integrating our touchpoints, both offline and online;
- Analyze digital marketing activities effectively by using available analytics tools, and make clear and insightful recommendations to business;
- Evaluate executed activities and provide recommendations and solutions to enhance effectiveness of future campaigns;
- Test new developments/processes;
- Utilize market information and best practices to maximize campaign effectiveness.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum requirement: University Degree;
- Business acumen - understanding of market dynamics;
- 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing for B2C business;
- 3 years of people management and leadership experience with success track;
- Salesforce previous knowledge is mandatory;
- Proficiency in digital tools (. Marketing Automation, PowerBI);
- Data governance capabilities and GDRP understanding;
- Advanced analytical capabilities utilizing consumer/customer data;
- Ability to manage multiple activities, teams and work independently;
- Thinks strategically and prioritizes in a dynamic environment;
- Proven track record of on time in full delivery;
- Networking skills and relationship building skills;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Willingness to learn & proactivity & resilience;
- Presentation skills;
- Fluency in English level C1 (written and spoken);
- High level MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PP, etc.).
