This position develops and implements CRM strategies and tactics designed to support business goals, including increased funnel conversion and customer acquisition. The CRM Specialist is responsible for optimizing marketing automation system to ensure our multi-channel communications effectively deliver content to appropriate target audiences through a variety of channels. This position’s primary responsibility is to leverage marketing technology to drive customer acquisition and funnel conversion while driving excellence in campaign execution. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Support the implementation and updates of the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle
  • Develop, deliver and continually enhance data-driven multi-channel marketing campaigns including managing them through the campaign development and execution process (setup the consumer journeys, NL/SMS sending, reporting, dashboards, overview of the creative materials delivery from agency)
  • Create audience segmentation logic using a variety of data sources and elements to create and deliver personalized messages and landing pages to campaign audiences.
  • Ensure the Marketing Automation system is leveraged fully and accurately to meet business needs
  • Build communication flow to ensure optimal timing and frequency of messaging.
  • Track automated data integrations to ensure that data in the Marketing Automation system accurately reflects contacts’ status and preferences and includes all information needed to support communication segmentation strategies. Also ensure that data updates sent from the Marketing Automation system to the data sources are accurate and useful
  • Recommend Marketing Automation opportunities that will improve customer acquisition or retention efforts
  • Accurate reporting and status updates as to support key decision within the coordinated campaigns
  • Evaluate executed activities and provide recommendations and solutions to enhance effectiveness of future campaigns
  • Create and update reports and BI insights to meet the needs of both users and management
  • Test new developments/processes
  • Utilize market information and best practices to maximize campaign effectiveness

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Business acumen - understanding of market dynamics
  • Salesforce previous knowledge is mandatory
  • Advanced analytical capabilities utilizing consumer/customer data
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and work independently
  • Problem solving of daily operational activities
  • Proven track record of on time in full delivery

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Willingness to learn & proactivity & resilience
  • Presentation skills
  • Fluency in English level C1 (written and spoken)
  • High level MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
