What you will be doing:
• Your role will be to offer customer service by providing information about the client’s accounts and the products they purchase.
• You will provide solutions to client’s issues in order to deliver excellent customer experience and create brand engagement.
• You will be able to get involved in creating new processes and you will have the chance to be part of a new project from the beginning and in continuous development
