Customer Advisory Representative E - Crop Science

THE POSITION COVERS THE EAST OF ROMANIA; THE CANDIDATE CAN BE LOCATED IN ANY EASTERN COUNTY, NOT ONLY GALATI

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and prioritize key influencers within the market;
• Develop relevant knowledge, data and expertise that are relevant for and of value to influencers;                                                                                          
• Understand influencer needs/approaches and develop influencer job maps to ensure a differentiated Crop Science approach;
• Establish an interaction strategy and management cycle to develop long term relationships with different kinds of influencers;
• Ensure alignment between influencer recommendations and marketing goals 
• Capture and anticipate influencers trends;
• Support marketing campaigns that leverage key influencers / testimonials.

WHO YOU ARE:

• University degree (preferably agricultural profile);
• Proven competence in a sales role;
• Independent, organized, team spirit;
• Ethics and professional integrity;
• Active, focused on results;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Good command of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• B Driving license;
• Good command of Romanian & English language;
