Customer Care Agent

Playwing is looking for a Customer Care Agent responsible that will act as a liaison, providing product/services information and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The perfect person for this position should be genuinely excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.

Requirements:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative;
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
• Very good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent knowledge of written English;
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in foreign languages is preferred;

Main Duties:

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
