What you will be working on:
- Provides customer`s support in English and Spanish;
- You will receive customer requests by email/ web / phone, but mostly by email and web;
- Using our internal procedures, you will create the ticket and dispatch it to the engineers;
- In case of critical request you will follow a special procedure and you need to ensure that case is raised and handled within SLA time;
- You will be the interface between the customers, engineers and third parties and you will communicate clearly and effectively with participants;
- Perform surveys;
- You will follow up the upgrades performed in the customer`s network;
- You will frequently perform internal audits.
All you have to bring with you is:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Knowledge of Spanish and English language written and verbal;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office computer applications, specifically Excel.
- Much appreciated: minimum one-year Call Center experience;
- Ability to work with confidential information;
- Willingness to work overtime when needed;
- Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
