WE ARE SEEKING A CUSTOMER CARE CONSULTANT FOR OUR OFFICE IN TARGU MURES
If you have excellent English skills and you are interested to work in a multinational company, then we have what you need.
Your mission is:
- To manage all past booking cases in a customer orientated way and to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Your role is:
- Acknowledge all enquires received within specified service standard requirements.
- Ensure that all requests received are investigated and a conclusion is reached within specified service standard requirements.
- Provide resolutions to cases in an effective and timely manner, maintaining a high level of service.
- Update the reservation system.
- Ensure that customers are updated with the progress made, within specified service standard requirements.
- Maintain, improve and build on relationships with existing/new partners (clients and hotel partners).
As this is an entry-level position, full training will be given to the right individual.
What we need from you:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Any other Language is a bonus;
- Accuracy, research skills and attention to detail;
- Strong communication, interpersonal and client relationship management skills;
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Problem solving abilities;
