  • Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.

  • Provide information to customers in response to inquiries about products and services, in addition to assisting individuals interested in opening accounts.

  • Explain how to use online account features and solve customer application problems.

  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document relevant interactions.

  • Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: billing, placing orders, and system troubleshooting.

  • Validate certain data batches prior to their upload in dedicated platforms, according to predefined flows.

  • Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone and by email.

  • Resolve or support the resolution of product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure correction and resolution.

  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.

  • Keep a regular schedule of reporting based on predefined flows.

    What makes you an eligible candidate:

    • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

    • Economic studies (basic accountancy knowledge is a plus).

    • Advanced level of English and Proficient level of Romanian

    • Autonomy.

    • Pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.

    • Strong prioritization and analytical abilities.

    • Strong detail orientation and communication/ listening skills.

    • 1+ years of experience in a customer service.

    • Experience with Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office (very good Word and Excel skills are preferred).

    • Experience with online ticketing systems.

    • Ability to multi-task
