Requirements
- Previous customer support experience – preferably in e-commerce
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Good knowledge of English language -writing & speaking
- Excellent knowledge of Romanian language -writing & speaking
- Computer skills – good knowledge of Word, Outlook, Power Point, Excel
- Knowledge of Social Media Community management is considered a plus
Job Responsibilities

- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Respond to complaints & keep track of them
- Resolve product problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Give support to the team in all operational matters required
- Contribute to team efforts to ensure the good performance of the e-shop
