Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Processes and monitors orders placed by the customers via e-mail, ensuring the data are correct, in order to achieve a high satisfaction level; forward the orders to the production facility and monitors further the transportation of it from production site to the customer’ warehouse;
- Assures the optimization of local stocks;
- Handle all incoming customer e-mails and telephone inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, by utilizing active listening and personalizing techniques, and focusing on adding value;
- follow up on newly received e-mails and faxes, sort them according to their level of priority and process urgent communications (both written messages and phone calls);
- Ensure all data and information is treated in the most confidential manner
- Relate with direct manager to inform, offer and receive feedback, on a daily basis
- Adhere to company´s policies and procedures;
- Maintain a positive attitude and support company´s commitment to excellence;

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- University Degree;
- Computer skills, MS Office package required;
- Advanced English language skills;

- High Customer Focus
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proactive in solving day to day issues -problem analysis and problem solving;
- Basic complaint and conflict resolution skills
- Initiative and innovativeness
- Good attention to details;
- Good telephone manner;
- Numerical competencies;
