Customer Care with german - relocation Paris

Relocation in Paris! Currently looking for bilingual german/english candidates, with a background in law (or equivalent studies) to join a multinational organization in Paris.

Responsibilities

• The customer care agent is entirely in charge of all pre-litigation cases (analysis, risk management, researches, recommendations and advises)
• Supporting internal clients on legal aspects

• The agent deals diplomatically with written correspondences
• The agent updates the database and manages administrative tasks
