In this role, you will be the first point of contact for inquiries both from internal and external customers, while keeping constantly contact with European branches.

Main Accountabilities

• Maintaining the integrity and performance of company application/database
• Ensuring the data is stored secured and optimally
• Ensuring the security of company and customer data
• Updating and amending the existing database
• Ease the access to data for customers
• Ensuring the quality of application data is as high as possible
• Developing processes and procedures for additional activities within the CCC

Professional Skills

• Multinational education (University Degree)
• Previous experience of minimum 1 - 2 years in a similar environment
• Up-to-date knowledge of technology
• Have an affinity to dive into details and study data to solve problems
• Prior expertise with SAP or a similar CRM software system
• English is mandatory, and German is considered a plus
