The position is for a determined period of time 6-8 months with the possibility of extension. Working hours: 4-6 per day.
Responsibilities:
- Support in Project management for EEMEA Customer Excellence Director
- Support in implementing different initiatives at the Area level, working with company's representatives in different countries
- Bundling and preparing information and presentations to be used in program context
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings
- Support in planning, organizing internal meetings
- Managing reports, database, platforms, systems
- Administrative activities according to the department`s necessities, in order to obtain its efficient way of working
Requirements:
- At least 6 months experience through internships or volunteer programs local or international
- Ability to work closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders
- Project management Skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Interest in digital marketing and data management
- Self-discipline, results-driven attitude and a high level of autonomy;
- Attention to details, independent, structured and analytical attitude; readiness to take action
- Strong work ethic and high personal integrity; positive attitude, strong willingness to discover and learn.
Skills and qualifications:
- University degree in a technical, economics, IT, Medicine area, but not limited to these domains.
- Recently graduated the Faculty (enrolled in a Master).
- Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Power Point, capable to work with various technical tools to gain efficiencies
- Excellent English knowledge language (writing and speaking).
- Nice to have: Courses/trainings related to marketing, digital marketing, data management, pharma industry, data analytics
