Customer Planner

OVERVIEW: The Customer Planner is an essential part of the logistics team and ensures that the customer requirements are fulfilled 100% on time and 100% requested quantity.

Key Activities:

• Receives and verifies the information regarding the clients' requests
• Analyzes and informs on their feasibility
• Follows the fulfillment of production plans and immediately signals any deviations
• Coordinates making deliveries exactly and on time
• Takes preventive and corrective measures for any case of delay
• Supervises the existing stocks keeping them at the minimum agreed levels
• Implements the company's procedures and policies in the field of quality assurance
• Maintains and updates the system parameters for existing projects
• Prepare regular reports

Desired Profile:

• University degree
• Experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of PC operating (Microsoft Office package)
• Team player with an open minded attitude
• Strong communicator both written and verbal in English
• Self-efficient and organized in prioritizing tasks and projects
