RESPONSABILITIES: This position must ensure the quality at customer and in production by:
- follow all the plant procedures,
- analyse quality internal & customer claims together with multidisciplinary team by quality tools as: PDCA, 5Why, FTA
- create and follow implementation for action plans after quality internal & customer claims analysed or non-conformities from customer audits
- regular communication with customers
- keep under control the quality documents such as: CONTROL PLANS, quality work instructions
- participate at PFMEA & risk analysis meetings
- train quality operators for serial & new programs,
- organise and keep under control the results for Firewall
- prepare the PPAP files for customer validation (serial life)
- follow the conformity of product and processes by regular product, process, requalification audits with NC treatment in case of failure
KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical field specialization
- English language skill (French appreciated)
- CORE QUALITY TOOLS (8D, 5why, PDCA, APQP/PPAP, SPC, PFMEA, CONTROL PLAN, etc)
