We are a multinational automotive company, in search of a new team member, in charge of customer quality. We think the most suited candidate will have:
- University studies – technical
- Speaks English at an advanced level
- Basic SAP (not mandatory, considered an advantage)
- Proficient in Excel
- Good use of Core tools (FMEA, SPC, PPAP)
- Good use of quality analyzing instruments
- Open minded, good communicator, proactive and energetic
- Used to working in a fast moving environment, with tight deadlines and a flexible approach
Your daily tasks:
- Will be responsible for permanent contact with the client regarding quality issues
- In charge of solving claims, preparing audits, make analysis, organize different meetings
- Will proceed visits at the clients
- Prepare different quality reports
