Job TitleCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist
Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Act as an analyst who constantly examines and monitors our practices with existing customers, helping ensure that retention levels are as high as possible. You will also analyze data to find ways to attract new customers, as well as assist in the rollout of such measures, and ensure constant communication with them via available tools.
You are responsible for:
- Providing core organizational and project management services for the email marketing touch-point;
- Communicating effectively with both internal (marketing team) and external (agency) to keep progress moving on email campaigns and special projects;
- Drafting creative briefs to effectively translate category vision to CRM creative agency;
- Creating CRM strategies across categories that enable customer engagement, retention and customer loyalty;
- Ensuring the quality, richness and growth of the database using the current CRM platform, constantly working on its improvement;
- Working closely with all categories/departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company;
- Ensuring the usage of best practices for CRM;
- Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM;
- Monitoring and maximizing customer data, making sure we have a digital reachable contacts database that can be segmented for specific categories/activities and can be monetized;
- Supporting the nurturing and engagement of the current database;
You are part of the Digital Marketing Team and will be located in our office in Bucharest.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- University graduate (Bachelor Degree level);
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing/e-commerce within a multinational consumer goods organization or online retailer;
- Experience working in a CRM role in a high energy online environment (experience working with an Email Service Provider, Salesforce, etc.);
- Proven history of developing high quality digital user experiences;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills;
- Pro-active, solution oriented - with very good organizational skills;
- Strong level of written and spoken English and locale language.
Additional knowledge of:
- E-commerce platforms;
- SEM, SEO, PPC;
- NET PR;
- Advertising and campaign setup on e-commerce platforms;
- CRM/Loyalty programs (including online customers).
