We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with advanced French skills and medium English skills
Main Requirements:
- Ability to assimilate information and learn quickly, self-study oriented,
- Easily adaptable to new circumstances, technologies and procedures,
- Pro-active, self starter and ambitious,
- At least 1-2 years experience in sales & outbound calls
-negotiating skills would be a plus
- Experience in a complex operational environment - ex. Customer Service, Help Desk, BPO
- Good communication and people skills
Responsibilities
Escalate issues to internal and external stakeholders, depending on issues type and severity and according to documented escalation procedures
Translate client’s documentation upon request and stay up to date with customer’s products
Provide regular reports about work delivered and SLA achievements
