Your tasks

• Discuss by phone and email with the network of auto partners and support them;

• Ensure that you meet business objectives and company procedures in communicating and resolving auto partner cases;

• Ensure that auto partners are kept constantly updated on the status of their request;

• Explain the compensation policy;

• Ensures that the return of cars is in line with company policy and objectives.

Your Profile

• Advanced English (spoken and written)

• Good command of MS Office

• At least one year of work experience in customer support/ BPO

• Good negotiation skills

• Organized, with an eye for details

• Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
