Qualifications Requested:

Basic Mission:

The Customer Service & Logistics Manager is responsible for the effective transaction of the deliveries and the dispatches of the goods, as well as the warehouse management and infrastructure.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Processing of orders initiated by Sales
Schedules and runs all the transactions for the dispatch of goods (transportation included) in co-operation with Sales
Schedules the transactions for the delivery of goods in co-operation with Purchasing
Controls the warehouse activities, personnel and Infrastructures
Controls the stock and monthly inventories
Participates in the design and realization of projects of the company connected with the Logistics
Prepares appropriate reports for the control of processes handled according to the requirements of existing Management System.
