- Proficiency in English (spoken & written);

Job description
Responsibilities
- Feasibility check inquiry / calculation & quotation / follow up quotation (farming customers) / order confirmation;
- Receive customer booking and relay information to OPS;
- New business implementation (SOP/Credit Application/Routing Order .);
- Ensure smooth transition of won customers (hunting) after defined period fromdedicated sales (purpose: retention, potential growth);
- Plan and execute sales performance of own farming customers (visits/calls);
- Escalation of existing customers churn;
- Cross-selling & business extension (Simple Sales Lead to FS, other products/branch);
- CRM: Ensure update of client information according to SEE minimum-standards for CS Users (potential, opportunity, activity, contact information); Execute sales pipeline for defined farming customers;
- Execute team targets (Team CS Air/Team CS Ocean);
- Review own customer portfolio and prepares for sales meeting, shop floor managementmeetings . on periodically base.
