Customer service officer

Customer service takes care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance in order to meet customer's requirements.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

Interacts with Customers on order receipt, confirmation and deliveries

Prepares products forecasts for production planning

Maintains relations with Sales,Production&Logistics to ensure On-Time Delivery.

Requirements

-High-school degree or above

-Good knowledge of English both written and spoken

-Good skills in working with Office type-of-software.

-Attentiveness, good organizational&clear communication skills

Plus:

-Prior experience on similar position

-Prior experience with SAP ERP platform.
