Then, YOU ARE THE ONE to be RESPONSIBLE in Allianz Partners of:

• Extend the best service via phone or email to insured persons or companies;
• Monitor calls quality and volumes and seek for improvements and enhancements;
• Operate insurance policies change or cancellation;
• Issue insurance policies for employees;
• Maintain various products information in the systems;
• Support Sales Department with products catalogue preparation or website enhancements.
