The Customer Service Representative position reports into a Team Lead located in VAG Mannheim, Germany
Description:
- Proactively calling customers that have requested and received an offer from VAG but have not reacted to it
- Leading a sales discussion with the goal of:
- winning the customer
- understanding why the customer has not purchased based on the offer
- Recording details of customer contacts and actions taken
- Organizing the workflow in order to meet the agreed objectives/targets
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments
- Working with Salesforce software to capture pre-defined reasons why the customer has not purchased based on the offer
Requirements:
- Previous customer support experience (in a similar environment) would be a plus
- Very good German and English skills
- Customer oriented mindset and very good communication skills
- Strong active listening & negotiation skills
- Proactive and results driven attitude
- Adaptability & the ability to work under pressure
- Technical background (. engineering) would be a competitive advantage
- Relevant work experience in sales discussions in outbound call-center context is a plus
