Customer Service Representative for VAG Group  - part-time & full-time

The Customer Service Representative position reports into a Team Lead located in VAG Mannheim, Germany

Description:

• Proactively calling customers that have requested and received an offer from VAG but have not reacted to it
• Leading a sales discussion with the goal of:
• winning the customer
• understanding why the customer has not purchased based on the offer
• Recording details of customer contacts and actions taken
• Organizing the workflow in order to meet the agreed objectives/targets
• Communicating and coordinating with internal departments
• Working with Salesforce software to capture pre-defined reasons why the customer has not purchased based on the offer 

Requirements:

• Previous customer support experience (in a similar environment) would be a plus
• Very good German and English skills
• Customer oriented mindset and very good communication skills
• Strong active listening & negotiation skills
• Proactive and results driven attitude
• Adaptability & the ability to work under pressure
• Technical background (. engineering) would be a competitive advantage
• Relevant work experience in sales discussions in outbound call-center context is a plus
