Responsabilities
• Create, centralize, manage and develop the database with actual and potential clients;
• Distribution of leads;
• Maintains contact with clients in order to provide the necessary information;
• Records and resolves customer complaints. Find alternative solutions for resolving customer complaints.
• Schedule clients to sign the sale of apartments;
• Analyzes Sales and Marketing data;
• Analyze monthly sales and revenues and variations in marketing versus budget expenses;
• Analyzing sales and marketing performance from a financial point of view;
• Provides support to the Sales Director in preparing reports;
• Prepares monthly sales reports on apartments for each agent;
• Prepares a monthly report on the prices of competition products;
• Elaborates product promotion sheets (together with the Sales Director and Marketiung Dept.);
• Presentation of data in diagrams, graphs, tables.
Requirements
- information management capacity, database design;
- excel - advanced level;
- business intelligence, data extraction or statistics;
- capacity developed for analysis and synthesis;
- person with initiative, proactive, open minded, self-taught;
- higher education and experience of at least three years in a similar position;
- very good knowledge of the MS Office package;
- English language skills - advanced level.
