The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing outstanding customer service for all STL customers. This position fields incoming phone calls and live chats from customers to address a variety of needs and follows up on voicemails and emails sent by customers .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meets expectations regarding productivity as defined by the company and determined by assignment to phone, and/or email
- Ensure compliance with all company and departmental policies, procedures and guidelines
- Work with Customer Service team members to effectively meet daily goals, deadlines and minimum requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work station - Flexibility to work extended hours with minimal notice during heavy workload periods
- May be required to perform other tasks as requested, assigned, or directed - We are interested on the people with good abilities to work on night time.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prefer a minimum of 1 year experience working in customer service in a call center environment Knowledge,
Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have excellent and professional verbal communication skills; required to speak with proper grammar, excellent enunciation, and a friendly tone of voice
- Must have effective and professional written communication skills (writing sample will be required)
- Operates with a Customer Service mindset; identifies customer needs, adjusts approach based on customer needs, has a helpful and courteous attitude
- Handles all customer calls with a positive attitude; demonstrates initiative and creativity in identifying customer and business needs
- Able to work in a fast paced and changing work environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, effectively manages time, and prioritizes work responsibilities appropriately while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to calculate basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Proficient in typing - Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Internet Explorer
This job is located in Targoviste and requires working US hours - 24:00 to 08:00, also shifts on the weekend.
