By joining Emerson as a Customer Service Representative with German, you will have a relevant role in offering support on order statuses for ASCO division.

Through this role we will give you the opportunity to test your language skills in a dynamic environment, to learn from our experienced team and grow within our organisation.

In this role you will:

  • Act as a first point of contact for customers from Germany and offer them support regarding their order status;
  • Enter their order in the ERP system and you will follow-up until the products arrive to the client;
  • Offer support for Sales Managers and Sales teams with administrative support;

For this role you will need:

  • College or University Degree;
  • 1-2 years’ experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • German and English proficiency
