We are looking for new colleagues with various languages in the Operations  Department

for our offices in Tg. Mures & Cluj Napoca

We have open positions for:

  • night shift in Tg. Mures with English
  • day shifts in Tg Mures with English
  • day shifts in Tg Mures with English, plus Italian or German
  • day shifts in Cluj Napoca with English and Spanish

If you wish to work in an amazing young team and you have the following skills:

  • Fluency in spoken and written English and/or
  • Fluency in spoken and written in at least one of the mentioned languages, besides English: Spanish  / Italian / German
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and client relationship management skills
  • Good negotiating and influencing skills
  • Accuracy, research skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems
  • Team working skills

Responsibilities:

  • To manage clients and partners (internal and external) enquiries, complaints and issues, ensure to keep all the time customer satisfaction;
  • To interact with customers by phone and email to provide and process information in response to their requests and concerns about our products and services;
  • Build customer relationship by listen actively, question appropriately by providing update and feedback;
  • Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, escalating unresolved problems;
  • Be able to work effectively with others and contribute to team task accomplishments;
  • Organize information and data. Ability to assemble and maintain data in a logical file system that can be accessed by you or others at any given time.

As this is an entry-level position, full training will be given to the right individual.

What we need from you

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/ or one of the below languages: Spanish/Italian/German;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, in particular Word and Excel;
  • High accuracy and attention to details;
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and in an organized manner, juggling multiple priorities.

    This is a full time position, with 40 hours per week. This position requires working in shifts after initial training is complete.
