Customer Service Specialist

Profile:

University degree in the economical, social or technical field

Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Medium / Advanced as per Microsoft Office EU Levels

Fluency in English - B2/ C1 EU level

A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position or within corrugated cardboard production, represents and advantage

Experience in working with an ERP based systems represents an advantage

Business to business expertise and experience

Analytical approach and target orientation

Assertiveness and sense of urgency

Responsibilities:

Manages the Customer Portfolio for the assigned clients

Coordinates orders from customers using the designated ERP platform, taking into account customer requirements

Introduces into the system all orders for all allocated clients and ensures response within the internally agreed time frame

Confirms the delivery and delivery terms to the customer and ensures compliance

Creates the commercial offer (including price calculations) andreates the collaboration contracts for the new clients

Keeps in touch with sales representatives, designers and production planning for order execution

Responds and monitors urgent demands from clients and gives proper feedback, escalates the list of modifications or specials demands to production planning and logistics

Assists, offers support to the external sales agent in any customer related tasks

Manages client relationship from the point of view of the CS Specialist
