For EUROSPORT DHS one of the biggest Romanian exporters, located in the heart of our country, we are looking for a Customer Service Central Specialist that can take the challenge of client satisfaction to the next level!
Profile
Must have very Good or Native German language command, be it written, spoken and/or basic technical understanding
Previous work experience with a CRM, preferably HubSpot, would be nice to have
B2C background and abilities, would be nice to have
Strong listening abilities, patient and balanced
Strong interpersonal skills & social presence/ sociability, friendliness & charisma
Positive attitude, good impression and social acuity
Adaptability and fast learning abilities
Initial studies in the technical or social field, either LD or college graduate
Responsibilities
Central point of contact for our German customers concerning all after-market service activities, warranties, technical difficulties, any and all client referrals, questions and concerns
Ensures application of our customer service policies and best practices
Replies and escalates in optimum time all customer issues to the responsible stakeholder
Follows all central client customer invoices, transport letters and other order related documents
Applies in time and in full and controls all data on the internal *CRM (*Customer Relationship Platform)
Is central part of client data quantitative and qualitative assessment and reports
Is central part of client experience optimization
