CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

The position reports hierarchically to the Everel Romania Planning and Logistic Manager Responsible and functional to Everel Group Sales Manager

THE POSITION AND THE CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Provide reports requested by superiors

- 1+ years of experience in an international company or Romanian company

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

- Track record of over-achieving quota

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

- Good written and oral communication skills ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals

- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Economic or Engineering Bachelor Degree

- Self-motivated and goal oriented, with a positive proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative

- Critical thinking: using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

- Good knowledge of English, Italian and German will be considerate ad advantage

- Availability to short trips

 Grade and salary will be commensurate with abilities and goals
