The Customer Services Advisor role is available as a full time (8 hours/day) or part-time (4 hours/day) position.

Salary - patru mii RON gross/month (for a full-time position)

Duration - 1 year (with extension possibility)

Working hours - Full-time (8 hours/day) or part-time (4 hours/day)

Annual leave - 22 days

We’re looking for someone:

  • Fluent in English and Romanian and confident with using technology

As a Customer Services Advisor, you will be the first point of contact between the British Council in Romania and its external or internal customers.

We’ll expect you to:

  • deal directly with customers by phone, e-mail and face-to-face and establish a positive rapport with them
  • identify customers’ needs and match them to available options
  • register customers for English courses, Exams, Library, Conversation Clubs and other British Council services
  • handle British Council revenue in cash and credit card
  • meet team and individual targets as agreed with your line manager

We offer you:

  • a starting salary from 4000 RON gross for a full-time position (one-year contract with extension possibility)
  • a 13th salary paid annually in December
  • annual performance-related salary increases
  • private medical subscription to Medlife or Regina Maria
  • free English courses, Cambridge English or IELTS exams and library memberships
