Responsibilities:

* Manages the quality and progress of the transport order, by having intensive collaboration withall parties involved :carrier, agents, colleagues from salesand transport departments, local and international customers.

* Informs customers proactively about the progress and status of their orders and take appropriate action when signaling any deviations or potential problems in the order process.

* Responsible for monitoring and managing the transport order from date of loading at the factory until delivery as per INCOTERMS condition

* Invoicing and releasing documents as per agreed payment term

Requirements:

* English proficiency and comprehension

* Excellent spoken and written communication abilities

* Customer orientation and problem-solving abilities

* Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to details

* Adaptability and capacity to easily find solutions

* Proactive attitude

* Team spirit

* Good PC operating skills
