Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st level support to customer
- Monitor support channels – phone, email, chat – and document support requests in ticketing system
- Ability to analyze and classify support requests,internal forwarding and follow-up
- Documentation of mitigation/solutions
Skills and experience:
- Good communication skills and enjoy working withpeople
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Experience in customer communication/incident management preferable
- Good organizational skills
- Analytical mindset
- Good technical understanding
