Required Skills and Experience

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Any additional languages, especially French and German are a definite bonus
  • Passion for games
  • Any previous experience in customer-facing positions is beneficial
  • Experience with Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, and Amplitude is a bonus, but not required

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Represent the first point of contact and face of the company for high-priority players
  • Handle, solve, and investigate user-reported issues in detail
  • Adapt existing workflows and processes to our evolving title portfolio
  • Serve as a two-way information funnel between players and the company
  • Monitor, summarize, and report player sentiment based on official channels
  • Act as the company-internal primary point of contact for Customer Support matters for assigned titles
  • Maintain and document high levels of game knowledge
  • Interact and coordinate with external and internal partner departments
