Candidatul ideal

Ideal candidate will have a minimum experience working with clients, excellent English fluency and writing skills, be conscientious, proactive and able to multi-task. Have a good standard of ability with Microsoft Office applications and is comfortable working with various systems and softwares.
Experience (professional or personal) with any big marketplace like eMag, eBay or Amazon is a plus, but not necessary. Plenty of training will be provided, either in person or remotely.

In this role, you'll:

  • develop great knowledge of the Triplemars platform and e-commerce world.
  • communicate with our clients to effectively solve problems through chat (primary channel) and email.
  • answer how-to questions and help clients use a variety of features within Triplemars.
  • contribute in an active way to the continuous improvement of our platform's performance: identify issues and provide feedback to the tech team using established processes.
  • show patience and flexibility as clients' needs evolve and work volume changes.
You will work remotely with a team in Bucharest, Monday to Friday, 8h/day, 5 days/week.
