Job Description
We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is passionate about helping others, to work with us on keeping our customers super happy.
Extend Studio develops a series of WordPress products, including some very popular WordPress themes and a SaaS WordPress design platform.
The main responsibility of the job will be to answer customer support inquiries from the users of our web design software (via email and occasionally on the phone). You may also be involved in other activities such as writing documentation or creating video tutorials, etc.
Job requirements
- very good written and spoken english skills
- ability to explain things to other people
- patience and very good communication skills
- basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- fast learner and willing to learn a lot
- customer support experience
Nive to have
- experience in working with WordPress
