You should have:
• Fluency in Polish and English communication level;
• Excellent written and verbal communication (communications Skills);

Responsabilities:
- Provide Voice, Chat and Email support for issues such as: Account and Billing Services, Technical Support and In-Game Support;
- Offer assistance to customers for different devices, for a variety of problems they may encounter: in game errors, log in problems, account settings, etc.;
- LOB: Customer Care and Technical support project.
- Inbound calls (40%), Click-to-chat (55%), Email support (5%)
